We would like to inform our users that two new bibliographic databases are now available as part of our Web of Science subscription.

We are pleased to announce that Writefull is now available for our users. Based on published and peer-reviewed scientific publications and utilizing the latest artificial intelligence in language processing, Writefull offers post- or real-time language and grammar correction, as well as citation verification for manuscripts.

We would like to inform our readers that due to a subscription modification, the University of Szeged has access to all journals of the JSTOR database. The database contains about 4500 journal archives from all disciplines.

We would like to inform our users that a New Bookshelf has been launched in the library: The New Books Shelf, which is located on the stairway of the first floor. The new shelves are aimed at highlighting the library’s new academic/scholarly books, showing the diversity of our collection and making new books immediately available to our readers. We place books here with great knowledge and careful selection, thus presenting to our readers the results of our latest acquisitions.

From 3 April, the Music Collection, the University Collection, the Oriental Collection and the Collection of Old Books and Manuscripts will be open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. The Collection of Old Books and Manuscripts will be open for researchers only.
