The first step of the library membership registration process is to fill in, accept the conditions and submit the USZ Library membership declaration in the MODULO system (Submission/Klebelsberg Library/USZ Library membership declaration). Guide for submitting the Membership Declaration
After the membership declaration is submitted correctly, the last step of the process is a personal data verification at the Loaning section’s desk, and it is only available half an hour after the declaration has been completed. USZ students can use the library free of charge. Documents required: identity card, passport. The library card is valid for the use of the building and the services of the USZ Klebelsberg Library (e.g. borrowing, wifi, etc.) until the student has received his/her permanent student card. It is possible to fill in the membership declaration continuously during the academic year.

Upper-year students do not need to repeat the library registration. The declaration should only be submitted once, because from the following semester the renewal will be automatic until the end of the university studies.
