Scopus offers the option to manage author profiles at an institutional level. For authors of the University of Szeged, our colleagues at the Klebelsberg Library can provide help in managing and correcting their author profiles in Scopus.
Scopus automatically creates author profiles based on publication data (name, affiliation). Unfortunately, especially for authors with common names, multiple surnames, and publishing in similar fields, an author’s publications may appear in different profiles.
If you find publications missing from your profile, reach out to our colleagues at tudomanymetria@ek.szte.hu.
In order for a more efficient correction, please provide the following details:
- Name used in your publications
- How long have you been working at the University of Szeged
- Your MTMT author ID
- Your ORCID ID (if you have one)
- Scopus ID or URL of the profiles in question
- The title(s) of the missing or incorrectly listed publication(s) in the profile (if there are any)
- Any relevant information about the problem
